Reports To: Student Service Manager

Job Objective: Develops strategies and policies that support student services and oversee student life programs, student government, student organizations & activities, student conduct, student well-being, career development and placement, student housing, residence life and related services.

Accountable for Student Activities Advising and Development
  • Mentors and guides and develop co-curricular programming that encourages

 student personal growth and development.

  • Implements various learning and development initiatives including student 

governance, student organizations, student initiatives and activities.

Ensures Student Well-being
  • Mentors and guides students in a variety of circumstances such as student 

complaints and concerns, residence life, counseling, athletics and health services.

(25 %)
Leads the Student Life Events
  • Manages student life events and initiatives.
(20 %)
Creates and Monitors the Student code of Conduct
  • Manages the student conduct process and the enforcement of the Student Code

 of Conduct based in the philosophies of restorative justice.

(20 %)
Supports the Student Orientation and Recruitment team
  • Manages and collaborates with staff, faculty and students to develop and 

execute Student Orientation Program.

  • Assists in organizing student orientation and student recruitment

Initiatives.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of student life and engagement strategies in university level. E
Exceptional and effective organizational and time management skillsE
The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with students, faculty and staff while being able to work independently under minimal supervision is essential.E

Qualifications: Strong collaborator & highly motivated and enthusiastic about student success and improving the 

overall student experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
