Description:	Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement. Developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field. From 4 to 8 years of experience in business and system analysis; preferably in the software field. Fluency in English. Solid experience in writing Systems Reference Document (SRD) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents. Deep knowledge in business functions such as Customer Service, Sales Order Processing, Project Management, Accounting and Centralized Data Management. Knowledge of localization industry is a plus. Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense. Good background on SDLC. “Software Development Life cycle”. Strong understanding of UML Diagrams. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong Problem-Solving skills.
