Online Sales Executive

• Responsible for online sales channels; website, social media.
• Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment.
• Follow-up online ordering full cycle.
• Proactively engage with customers and resolve any queries
• Work on two key metrics Increase Sales and Customer Satisfaction
• Other responsibilities as directed by the Management.

• Maximum age 30 years.
• Military Service status: Finished or Exempted
• E-Commerce experience or Online Sales is a must.
• Online sales platforms accounts management experience is must.
• Relevant experience in the menswear retail industry is plus.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, analytical and presentation abilities.
• Ready to start as soon as possible.
• Time management.
