Description:	• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. • Communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval and then share the workshop drawings with all the concerned parties in the site. • Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased. • Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices • Making procurement plan. Qualifications:	Numeracy Must be graduated not applicable for Undergraduates Age Limit not more than 36 years old Good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Doesn’t have a problem to work in sites as there is projects at New Capital The ability to negotiate Cairo Residence is a Must Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
