Description:	Receive all work order from the planning dep. to start to manage it Receive all inspection of equipment’s from the quality team to finding the road cause of maintenance and how to repair it Identify the critical equipment and create the schedule inspections and the safety parts stock level for this critical equipment to ensure its availabilities Manage all plant facilities and equipment’s Major repairs & overhauls activities including follow-up of execution to achieve its KPI’s Coaching and mentor all subordinate’s and supporting them to finish the maintenance Follow up the quality team to finish the work order and receive the NCR to solve the problems were found Control all Mech. Maintenance reports daily, weekly, and monthly and report the technical Dept. preset KPI’s to the management team Oversee and follow up with the workshop depts. Budget and report the overspending
Qualifications:	B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering as a major specialization have a previous 7-10 Years’ experience on rotating equipment’s repairs, and Overhauls in a similar position and activities
