| Description: | – Implements designs and plans created by the brand, designing and retail operations team which may involve physical work such as lifting, carrying and climbing ladders – Implements designed showcase plans and sources out materials to maximize available space – Visits other stores in the area, working with sales team to help them develop understanding of the showcase and display created – Ensures up-to-date look of themed-showcase, displays; and that brand lay-out guidelines are being followed correctly – Sets up a model store according to latest design directives including picture-taking of finished merchandise displays to be followed and aligned by other stores/showrooms – Regularly changes the displays and arrangements according to seasonal events/theme if there’s any, i.e., Hala February, Valentine’s Day, Ramadan, Christmas) current trades and trends or promotional material – Maintains standard floor presentation, housekeeping, recovery principles and replenishment – Coordinates with Designers and Head Office-based Teams to ensure consistency with the corporate brand image – Adheres to Department Policies and Procedures – Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department |
