Description:

– Handle multiple Tasks and complaints

 – Handle clients complaints over the phone along the day 

– Carry out software maintenance. 

– Work with the Development team, Implementation team, to design solutions of ongoing projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in medical labs.
  • previous experience working on LDM system or any other similar systems. – must be very good at English.
  • well knowledge Operating systems and troubleshooting abilities in Computers issues
  • Excellent communication skills.
