Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Provides business analysis to clients and for a successful Integration of the product with a third party system

. Provides business analysis to clients for advanced features at the request of consultants and designs a solution for the customers based on the needs

· Works with the Client experts/implementation team to translate the business requirement into a solution

. Performs the analysis and design of a solution for 3rd party integration

. Works with the technical team to review the specifications and owns the delivery from an our standpoint

. Involved during the sprints to answer Questions from the technical team and gets an internal demo of the solution

. Demoes the solution to the customer

· Assists the Client to test the delivered solution

· Documents sessions, system configuration

· Will engage PM and CSM as needed for Client concerns on the functionality of the solution

. Performs Health Checks for existing clients to identify pain points and propose enhancement suggestions

. Reviews Product Roadmap with Product Team.
