Marketing Specialist

1. Planning & executing a fully integrated Marketing plan while following up on other team members
2. Budgeting all marketing activities plan
3. Conducting market research about consumer requirements, habits and trends
4. Conducting market research for product development purposes
5. Planning & executing different marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) Offline & Online.
6. Knowledge about establishing & deploying an Integrated Marketing communication system
7. Coordinating with different Internal departments for campaigns execution
8. Working on Internal Marketing communications (Internal branding / Identifying Internal customers’ needs)
9. Ability to analyze data & generate valuable reports (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
10. Reporting all marketing activities done with their results
11. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns (All Marketing materials required)

1. Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
2. Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
3. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
4. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Ad words etc.)
5. Well-organized and detail oriented
6. Exceptional communication and writing skills
7. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
8. BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent “ Preferably with medical background”  .
