• Set appointments, meet & present new/existing product for customers.
• Present, promote new products and offering special deals.
• Target on client requests through multiple choice
• Confirming sales actions, prices, contract terms and payments.
• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
• Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
• Track local market conditions and competition opportunity
• Attend Real Estate events, conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends.
• Reporting sales trends to Sales Management/department manager

• Experience: 2-4 years in real estate sales.
• Experience in Selling  Real Estate brokerage field is a MUST.
• Experience in the real estate market in sheikh zayed and October.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently meet timelines and deliverables
• Well organized, self-disciplined and professional.
• Very good English.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Preferred to own a car
