Description:	Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource department. Setting the company’s organization chart, grading system and salary structure. Organize & Manage new employee orientations and employee onboarding. Manage the recruitment, selection & talent acquisition process and implement the workforce plan. Manage and oversee the job analysis and job evaluation system. Overseeing exit interviews, employee disciplinary meetings, and investigations. Oversee and manage performance management system that drives high performance, creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Identify the training needs, apply and monitor training programs Implementing and revising the company’s compensation program to maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program. Conducting annual salary surveys. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook. Maintaining department records and reports. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 15 years of experience, preferably in the construction field. Excellent English both verbal and written. Excellent MS Office. HR diploma/certificate is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership and management skills.
