Technical Writer

We are looking for technologists who can educate and enable our customers to be innovative and achieve success. You will encourage the best development practices by writing SDK documentation, API references, and blog posts.

Responsibilities:

• Understand how our customers use the product
• Help define, organize, and make changes to the content
• Collaborate with development teams to create, update, and maintain product documentation
• Design and manage documentation projects targeted to external developers
• Work with customers and product management to help define new product capabilities

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Code writing excellency
• Familiarity with SDKs and programming (Java, Spring stack)
• Experience in technical writing or documentation management
• A self-motivated team player with an interest in continuous learning
• Ability to understand new technology concepts quickly and apply them accurately through an evolving, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s computer science, technical writing, or a related field.
