Description: We are seeking a HealthData Analyst – Junior Level  to join our team in support of a various projects for a chain of hospitals in the United States. The Data Analyst will work with various administrative data sources related to patient healthcare or other proprietary data, state inpatient data files, facility data. This is a junior level position and training will be provided to the right candidate. Must have an interest in data analytics, preferably in the field of medicine.
Areas of Responsibility
  • Compiling and organizing health care data
  • Analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal health care management and decision making
  • Using health care data to achieve administrative needs and goals
  • Understanding data storage and data sharing methods
  • Investigating data to find patterns and trends
  • Understanding health care business operations
  • Utilizing different data sources for analyses
  • Converting data into usable information that is easy to understand
  • Developing reports and presentations
  • Communicating analytic insights to management

Qualifications:
  • Must speak fluent English – Very Important
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL
  • Proficiency with PowerBI or Python for Data manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of data management applications
  • Proficiency managing electronic medical records
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Must be willing to work US Business Hours
Education:Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
Experience:Min: 0 Max: 3
Salary:$1,000 – $1,500
