Description:	Responsible for managing, implement & designing the camp programs in coordination with the camp Leads Efficiently manage camp counselors & resources Ability to be flexible in scheduling to meet the needs of the overall program
Qualifications:	Should have experience for at least 2 years in camps Should have experience in dealing with kids starting from 4 to 12 years old. Has good command of English language Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Honesty, integrity and commitment to confidentiality Imagination and sense of humor Strong positive attitude Strong interest in youth and camping programs
