Description:

Operation:

  • Design with senior management the future vision and operational plans that help achieve the general strategic targets of the company and convert the company’s general strategic goals into annual HR operational goals.
  • Develop and monitor the implementation of all polices related to all HR functions.
  • Oversee all the policies of the company and review the ones issued to avoid any contradictions with existing ones.
  • Design the organizational structure of the company, determining the administrative titles – job analysis – job descriptions and determining the appropriate qualifications for job vacancies.
  • Managing and reporting on allocation of HR budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Benefits and compensation:

  • Design the salary structure for all jobs in the company. 
  • Setting incentive programs for employees with senior management.
  • Reviewing the approved salary structure within the company every year with the market and presenting recommendations to the management.
  • Managing employee benefits programs.

Development training:

  • Assess managers training needs, performing TNA and design the suggested training plan and coordinate it with managers and monitor training programs approved. 

Recruitment:

  • Partners with managers and the leadership team to understand and execute the company’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to future talent needs and recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Design the annual suggested manpower plan and submitting the plan for review and amendment to the management.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process and overseeing the work of internal and external advertisements and choosing external sources for hiring.
  • Overseeing the work of the initial orientation program for new hires.
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyze the main reasons for labor turnover rate and develop recommendations.

Performance Management:

  • Design and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performances with managers.
  • Analyzing the results of evaluations and linking the actual performances to the annual increase of the organization.
  • Periodic review on HR plans with the direct manager and compare between the planned and the achieved and set corrective actions if needed.

Personnel:

  • Announcing the approved policies and procedures issued to ensure the stability of communication channels between the departments.
  • Handle investigations and implementing the company’s penalties and rewards regulations.
  • Dealing with Labor Office and Social Insurance Office.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree
  • HR certificate is a MUST
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Strong decision-making skills
