Chemical Engineer (PVC)

Job Summary:

The scope of the job involves supervision of( PVC) production process, testing of raw-materials, testing for the finished product as per customer specifications & international standards.

Job Description:

• Performing in-processes inspection, handling quality control activities, and testing in the laboratory for the finished products to ensure all products produced in the facilities meet required quality standards.
• Review standard operating procedure on incoming raw material, recommend & implement improvements.
• Collaborate with production group to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction, including reducing complaints, internal hold activity, scrap and has the authority to make any necessary process changes.
• Prepare formal reports for management, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Managing and preparation for all Internal Audits, Customer Audits, and Compliance Audits.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field (PVC compounding & Extrusion).
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry or Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably residence of Sharqia and Cairo governments.
• Good Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good English (reading and writing).
• Have strong Interpersonal skills, Leadership and Communication skills.
