Description:	Attend the meeting with the client on behalf of project manager and communicate the Project Manager’s Pre-decided opinions during the meetings. Perform daily discussion with the client representatives, suppliers and the design consultant. Coordinate between the manufacturers and suppliers and design consultants. Coordinate between the design consultants and the clients. Ensure timely release of drawings by the design team so that the project execution team can quickly commence the work at site. Consult with the Project Manger regarding client’s requirements. Bring to the notice of Project Manager immediately any unresolved design, materia! and approval of submittal issues so that the same can be settled with the client on urgent basis. Prepare purchase request according to the drawings, technical specification and contract conditions Coordinate between the main project offices and the site for any client requests approved by Project Manager Prepare the Bill of Quantities as per the contract condition. Prepare the project requirements (materials, manpower and equipment) and submit the technical advice after consulting with the Project Manager and Site Manager. Plans distribute to the execution team as per the work schedule of the day given by his Higher Authority.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering. To be aware of the various execution ways in the site and how to communicate with the consultants. Microsoft Office Site experience Communication skill’s
