Job Title:	Operation Specialist (Import and Export – Freight Forwarder)

Description:	Preparing all files and papers related to the shipment through shipping permission Sending the shipping authorization to the customer to specify the loading date and informing the transport contractor Responsible for all booking procedures (Import & Export). Follow up all custom clearance procedures. Data entry for all shipments data which processed. (Import & Export) cycle. Receive the bill of lading from the line and send it to the customer for review Handle any complaint related to the operation department.
Qualifications:	Bachelor Degree Knowledge of the principles and methods of logistics and supply chains. High ability skills in dealing with difficult personalities, Ability skills in effective negotiation and persuasion Good in English Excellent computer skills Experience: 1-4 in Freight forwarder companies (preferable residence in Nasr city, Misr elgedida and near by)
Salary:	4000 to 5000
