Description:	Communicate and respond to requests for information from investors, sell-side analysts, and other members of the financial community Update the IR Presentation with all new incidents to be presented to all concerned parties (Investors). Draft and distribute quarterly earnings and event-driven press releases and other external announcements. Create content for press releases and prepare information for the media. Maintain cooperative relationships with regulatory authorities, brokerage companies and investment houses. Monitors securities law and stock exchange regulations to ensure compliance. Manage expectations and keep a close eye on the forecasts circulating in the marketplace. Increase research coverage through meetings with local and international brokerage houses Follow-up stock performance.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting is highly preferable. Strong communication & presentation skills Attention to Details Result Oriented, Adaptability & Flexibility skills Strong analytical, problem solving skills. Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner. Experience in reviewing and interpreting financial statements. Excellent writing and reporting skills in Arabic & English language Excellent with PowerPoint or other office programs.
