National Sales Manager

• Develop and implement effective line strategies.
• Developing the Egypt line function’s work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the line’s goals and plans
• Establish productive and professional relationships with KOLS.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Developing and monitoring the implementation of field force work plans with the aim of achieving the pre-set sales targets while coaching and managing field force teams
• Promoting pharmaceutical products by developing and maintaining long term relationships at all levels with doctors, medical professionals and other clients
• Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct management.

Education:

• B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine

Experience & Competencies:

• Proven track record of outstanding success performance as National Sales Manager in reputable companies.
• 3:5 years of experience in a Senior Sales Management position in the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Market
• Strong leadership in working with subordinates / peers and superiors.
• Building productive relationships with internal & External Customers
• Demonstrable experience of successful implementation of tactical plans and achievement of organization objectives.
• Knowledge of financial principles and how to manage budgets
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
