Description:	Be responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement projects. Develop and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and methodology throughout the facilitities and processes. Drive the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics and best practices. Conduct optimization studies and perform detailed engineering analysis of existing facilities, systems & process equipment. Lead and support root cause analysis when issues arise and suggest corrective and preventative actions. Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy. Assist in the training of staff ensuring that they develop the skills to become subject matter experts in various systems and processes; enabling them to implement and sustain the improvements.
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree “Science or Engineering” (with proven academic records) Age 24-29 years Fluent in English Business to Business supplier front (B2B Experience) SAP system knowledge (preferred) Lives in October and/or Zayed (preferred)
