Sales Representative

EASTWIND, our sister company for Dog Breading, Training and day care is hiring Sales Representative with the following Responsibilities: 

• Identify new customers by searching online business listings, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences.
• Contact new and existing customers to explain the products and how they benefit pets
• Carefully monitor contacts, promotional activities, and sales volume
• Help customers select pet food and accessories to meet their pet’s needs, product specifications, and regulations
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
• Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
• Grow the Company Products by using innovative sales and marketing concepts to achieve assigned goals in all key measures.
• Create a positive experience by providing top-tier customer services to clients through a consultative selling approach
• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases
• Develop and foster business relationships with key decision makers to gain active recommendations of our clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• 1- 3 years’ Experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
