• Deliver the required level of sustained top-line growth and develop and implement an integrated approach to sales and business development.
• Lead the development of a commercial strategy and fully support strategy development and execution
• Ensure sales performance management through utilization of tools and systems and to run professional sales and sales management, and deliver outstanding commercial performance.
• Work with other functional areas to develop unique products and services.
• Reviewing existing products, services and markets.
• Undertaking market research and analysis and producing business plans/recommendations (including all associated costs and forecasted revenue for the business), to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products, services and markets) are optimised.
• Reviewing and assessing the potential to develop strategic partnerships with sector specialists.
• Assessing the risks to the business of any new commercial opportunities.

• 6-8 years of experience
• Needed Industry Experience : FMCG (Buyer Experience)
• Expert negotiating and influencing skills.
• Innovative with entrepreneurial flair.
• Proven strategic aptitude and ability
• Commercially astute and customer focused.
• Numerate with strong analytical and problem solving ability.
