• Research, identify and qualify new client opportunities
• Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.
• Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.
• Connect with potential clients & partners to understand and manage client expectations
• Manage the business development process including research and planning, pitches, proposals, the scope of work documents, and contracts
• Assess clients business objectives to provide strategic marketing and brand recommendations
• Motivate the team members to achieve their targets.

• 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• Proficiency in English language.
