Description:
  • Revises Tender documents in order to fully understand project contractual & technical scope.
  • Review and analysis the sub-contractors / Suppliers offers which is obtained by T.O, to include of its impacts on the time, and cost of the tender projects.
  • Creates Standard Subcontract Forms / Templates for all trades to be trade specific & sent to management / Project management for project use
  • Review technical and Commercial proposals.

 

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
  • Experience from (5 to 7 years) of marine oil & gas experience, including contract preparation, negotiation, tendering and award procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, negotiations, and management skills
  • Knowledge of MS office.
  • English fluency is must. 
  • Gender: Male.
