Logistics Accountant

*General accountant* needed for Fright forwarder:

• Managing and processing financial deals among various companies and/or clients.
• Manage and track all financial movements and update purchase and sales records
• Archiving and organizing financial operations and organizing them in an easy way
• Follow up on company bank accounts.
• Handle cash management of operations by handling daily cash transactions.
• Maintain proper physical day-to-day filing of accounting transactions.
• Follow up with operation team on all suppliers invoices and make daily audit on it
• Issue all customer’s invoices.
• Responsible for settling all transactions for our suppliers in a timely manner
• Help prepare necessary reports ( income statement cash flow )
• Responsible for the preparation of the all the tax returns “vat return, form 41, Income record, shareholder tax and salaries tax form for an accurate tax law implementation
• Responsible for the uploading of tax return forms on the tax online system on time to avoid any penalty
• Responsible for the arrangement for the tax payment on time in coordination with the direct manager “Swift Transfer “
• Prepare any analysis related to the tax process

• 1-5 years experience .
• Prefer who has experience in shipping .
• English Language Is A Must.
• Prefer who worked with ERP // IST systems.
• Good in computer usage and Microsoft Office software .
• Proficiency in the use of Outlook program .
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or any related field.
• Awareness of the Egyptian shipping market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
