Description:	Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers Manage outdoor Sales reps. Ensure pricing is correct. Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock. Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand. Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights Interview and train new sales employers, and overseeing other onboarding tasks as needed
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing or in any relevant discipline 2-5 year experience in a multinational company Experience in sales with a successful track record V. Good – Excellent English Language Computer skills – full awareness of MS applications Excellent communication, presentation and socializing skills. Positive attitude and high energy Excellent sales and negotiation skills Location: New Cairo Gender : Male- female Age: 25 – 33 years
