General Manager

• A General Manager for a large pharmaceutical retail company is required in Alexandria 
• Will be responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of the company development 
• Will be looking up the overall strategic direction and monitor performance of the company as well as performance of each department and project 
• AS a G.M will direct and lead the management team of different departments as :

1. Purchasing department
2. Sales department
3. Operations department
4. Supply chain department
5. Human Resources department
6. Stock control department
7. Maintenance department

• Also will communicate with the business side within the company
• The position will be accountable for successful planning and execution of multiple complexes, high risk and multi dimensional projects across the company.
• Will act as the primary focal point for the business with the strategic partners
• Develop and execute strategy as approved by the board
• Raise capital to ensure the company healthy and sustainable growth

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration or any Related fields.
• MBA holder is preferred.
• Working experience from 15 to 20 years.
• At least two years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and execute large scale , complex projects & Budgeting.
• Demonstrated expertise and passion on understanding the needs of external customers and focus on delivery of excellence across all channels.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues within various inputs.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to prioritize workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiations and conflict management skills.
• Analytical skills and able to read and analyze numbers and figures.
• Proven exceptional skills in dealing with multiple and diversified cultures.
