Job Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection Screen job candidates and conduct interviews to perform background checks, and provide orientation to new team members. Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly. Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks. Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. Performance Management and Strategic Planning Prepare or update team member records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records Coach management and teams to promote and facilitate career growth and development. Explain Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing team members to build a strong foundation and increase team member engagement. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Learning and Development Design and implement effective training and development plans to build strong structures and procedures. Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs Participate in evaluation and monitoring of the success of training programs. The follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
