Academic Supervisor (Tanta Branch)

• Promotes high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance, instruction, and assessment.
• Communicate with parents and board members.
• Attend regular team and Departmental meetings.
• Promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning.
• The Instruction Supervisor is in charge of the academic content for a group of instructors.
• They ensure that students are classed appropriately, and placed at the right level.
• They ensure the teachers prepare for their lessons to a high standard.
• Assess and monitor student progress.
• Conduct informal / diagnostic and formal/ evaluative class visits.
• Give teachers corrective feedback and remedial procedures when needed.
• Ensure that the instructional programs engage the learner in tasks that require critical thinking and creativity.
• Handle assigned tasks from the management team.

Working Conditions:

• 8 Working Hours between (10:00PM – 9:00PM)
• 5 Working days per week
• 2 Days off

• Teaching certificate (CELTA / TEFL is a plus)
• Experience in teaching & leadership.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Computer literacy.
