Description: The job holder is responsible for managing Data Centers and Data rooms and ensuring that all requirements necessary to protect the company mission and core business processes are adequately addressed across the enterprise architecture.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities
  • Follow all relevant policies, processes, and procedures so that work is performed in an ethical, professional, and uniform manner
  • Manage day to day activities, budget, timeline, and resources and provide advice as needed on costs, design concepts, or design changes
Technical and Functional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive role with users and customers in resolving system issues
  • Reduce downtime to any system effecting the company  users
  • Review and update maintenance and support contracts
  • Ensure that all regular health checks are carried out on all IT components
  • Ensure availability according to the agreed policy and strategy.
  • Ensure SLA are implemented across different service providers
  • Ensure integrity of all Data Centers/ Data Rooms Facilities.
  • Manage cable plant, capacity and data center /rooms standards.
  • Manage performance of HVAC, fire suppression in daily operations and projects.
  • Develop and maintain space planning and CAD drawings for DC.
  • Coordinate Data Center facility requirements
  • Manage Data Center Facilities Security (approved access, work performed within, audit, integrity)
  • Manage staff, facilities, production and disaster recovery sites.
  • Manage data centers inventories related to IT systems
  • Plan, implement and test Disaster Recovery readiness for data centers
  • Plan, implement and test different scenarios of redundancy of all environmental resources of the data centers.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi National only.
  • BA/BS in IT, Computer Science and/or Engineering
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Prior experience in HVAC and Power systems
  •  Prior experience within the KSA and the Middle East region
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
