Description:	Perform a site inspection to identify pests Designs a plan using equipment and techniques to remove pests Provide concerned person with the correct info to prevent future infestation Searching for new clients who could benefit from our services in a designated region. Travelling to visit potential clients. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. Managing and interpreting customer requirements . Persuading clients that a service will best satisfy their needs. Calculating client quotations. Operating the services. Planning and scheduling the services and staffs. Applying integrated Pest Management (IPM) standard. Supervision and training the technicians.
Qualifications:	Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or other Biological Science with a major or Core Curriculum in Entomology from a fully accredited and reputable university. (3) years of experience in public health and urban pest control, related directly to the elimination of insects and rodents which are harmful in and around buildings and affect health and welfare of mankind in community settings.▪ Shall be able to demonstrate leadership skills. Shall have excellent skills at Customer service , Meeting sales goals , Territory management , Prospecting , Negotiation , Self-confidence , Client relationships and Motivation for sales . Shall be fluent in oral and written English. Shall have excellent skills at developing and implementing professional and effective integrated pest management programs for urban, industrial and public health settings. Knowledge of all aspect of the work covered under this Contract. Shall have excellent report writing skills. Shall possess a valid driving license
