Description:
  • Manage production activities as per desired standards. 
  • Optimize people work on the shop floor 
  • Troubleshoot production daily issues 
  • Maintain EHS, Quality & Food Safety standards on the shopfloor 
  • Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are monitored and targets achieved
Qualifications:
  • BSc of Agriculture (Dairy processing & Food Science) or Production Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the food industry in a production role 
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Well-versed with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
  • English language professional proficiency
  • Good knowledge of Excel is a must
