  • Specifying exacting & New Products For all Major consultant Offices in Egypt
  • Specifying exacting & New Products For specific Project’s Consultant
  • Follow up with Consultant Offices for new projects
  • Regular site visit to ais side manager for
  • Shop drawing submittal
  • Procurement simples submittal
  • Consistent approval of work
  • Assist the consultant & contractor with the project timeline in the case of TSP
  • Sourcing subcontractors & negotiation their contract
  • Cost Monitor in coordination with a cost consultant
  • Regular Training for contractors & FM Team for products installation troubleshooting & Maintenance
  • Recognize sales Opportunities & Link Potential customers with the sales team
  • Submittal & approval of the asbuilt by project consultant
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10 to 15 years in the contracting sector.
  • Education: Agriculture Engineering.
  • Very Good command of the English Language.
