Sales Account Manager

We are a Pioneer company in the interior design and decoration industry.

We are the first company in Egypt and the Middle East & could be in the world which merges the interior finishing with the Internet technology (Internet Of Things) under more than 18 years of experience.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Reporting to the sales manager for the daily activities and tasks and results through the sales department reporting system & forms.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in real estate broker or developer 
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Preferably Real estate developers experience.
• Target achievement.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in decoration and interior design Plus.
