  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports with the sales admin .
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
  • Making calls with our leads and cold calls ,  give them all the information they need.
  • Promote sales through advertisements,ads
  • attend the developers company orientation indoor
  • Prepare reports to his team leader.
  • Maintain and update listings of available projects and job requirements .
  • meetings with clients
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience is needed.
  • Must be near the location 
  • Have a car is preferred
  • Fixed salary + commission +incentive
  • Working days : Saturday-Thursday 
  • 6- Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in new capital or fifth settlement
  • Creative and give new ideas to achieve the target
  • Negotiation and sales skills
