Description:
  • Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
  • Monitor network performance and integrity
  • Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
  • Maintain complete technical documentation
  • Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
  • Make sure to follow the IT process
  • Creating the needed reports, documents and manuals as needed 
  • Installing, configuring and administration VOIP systems 
  • CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VMware 
  • Install, Manage and Administrate servers physical and Virtual (vSphere).
  • Servers Hardware configuration/hardening/upgrade
  • Backup Solutions (Symantec backup exec & Veeam)
  • Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
  • Mentor team members on technical issues
  • Communicate with users when needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a network administrator role
  • Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
  • Control, and monitoring of server infrastructure , Active directory .
  • Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s ,DNS ,remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
  • Ability to set up and configure server hardware
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
