Description:	Markets career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements; Act as a liaison with Preferred Vendors and their candidates for appropriate positions; Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process; Is responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics; Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders; Meets with management to understand their business issues and job requirements; Search for talents through various sources, Sort through received applications; including passive channels and networking to find the best Supply Chain Professionals.
Qualifications:	Ability to manage several requests at the same time and to identify priorities; Recruitment experience in localization agency an asset; Must have a very developed sense of urgency; Excellent coordination and communication skills; Knowledge of organization branding and integration with Talent Acquisition; Experience with Workday recruiting a plus; Establishes clear courses of action to ensure that work is organized, managed and completed effectively; Sound, relevant computer skills, including web sourcing and Social Media Knowledge; Talent Acquisition analytic knowledge and skills; Up-to-date on current industry and technology trends in the field of Talent Acquisition.
