High value Customer service agent

Etisalat UAE is hiring fluent english speakers to join our family as  Call ccente  agents.

The Caliber will be responsible for handling:

• Technical queries for mobile , ADSL , complaints from high value customers.
• Dealing with the high value customers & take the customer’s eexperience to the next level

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Soft skills & communication skills aare a must.
• At least 6 months experience in call center ( off shore account)
•  Maximum age 32
• Flexibility with rotational shifts & days off 
• Flexibility with not having transportation.
