Description:
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards .
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures .
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree .
  • Excellent command of English.
  • At least 5 to 7 Years of Experience in the same position( Hospital experience is preferred).
  • Hospital management diploma is Preferred .
