Description:
  1. Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
  2. Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
  3. Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact
  4. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
  5. Keep within budgets and timelines
  6. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
Qualifications:
  1. Design & Sketching skills
  2. Very Good at 3dMax, photoshop, Adobe Package, Revit, Sketch-up, AutoCAD – Rhino (preferred)
  3. Familiar with design trends, standards & codes.
  4. Preferred previous experience in multi-disciplines and large-scale companies.
  5. Skilled in MS package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
