Description:
  • Investment “Merger and Acquisitions”
  •  Analyze investment opportunities.
  •  Prepare investment briefs & investment memorandum and present them when needed.
  •  Conduct financial modeling.
  •  Conduct capital market equity screening and execute peer analyses.
  •  Make recommendations to top management.
  •  Execute M&A transactions, including DD, valuation, definitive and legal agreements.
  •  Monitor investments under portfolio and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  •  Maintain records of all active investments.
  •  Use websites and tools including Bloomberg and Reuters.
  •  Apply analysis and problem solving to structure unclear information and issues into insights and action.
  •  Communicate professionally, including creation of executive-level deliverables to support Business unit’s decision makers.
  •  Support in hiring consultants to support in financial due diligence and another advisory requirement.
  • Continuous Improvement
  •  Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner & prepare all data required by auditors whether external or internal.
  •  Support on the continuous improvement of the business unit.
  •  Backing up other positions in treasury upon need.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  •  University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Minimum Experience:
  •  2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analyses, investments and M&A
  • Language Requirements:
  •  Arabic: Advanced
  • English: Advanced
Education:Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
