Description:	Conceptualize original and unique designs and illustrations Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing high quality artwork. Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project. Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects. Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.
Qualifications:	5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or advertising agency Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Expert knowledge in graphic production process Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Experience with HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics a plus  Strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography Broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
