Retail Sales Representative

1. Receive customer phone calls.
2. Receive visits of customers in showrooms.
3. Listen to the customer needs.
4. Present the car to the customer.
5. Make a test drive with the customers
6. Follow up the customers and close invoices using CRM program.
7. Call customer when car allocated and when delivery is due.
8. Make a check list for the car before delivery.
9. Deliver the car to customer.
10. Follow up with the bank rep. to collect bank checks.

Qualifications : BSc degree

Experience  : 1 to 2 years Experience is prefer 

Knowledge, skills :  Strong communication skills.
                                   Negotiation skills.
                                    Team work
