IT Intern

Job Description:

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
• Excellent ticket system queue management.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
• Update ticket data and produce activity reports
• Walk both local and remote customers through problem solving process
• Windows OS Management and BYOD Management within Microsoft InTune
• Administration of Office 365 Applications
• Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance with information systems, goals and procedures.
• Provide creative, effective solutions and recommend procedures and resources to enhance efficiency, productivity, and end user satisfaction.
   

The intern will learn:

• New devices setup
• Win 10, 11 upgrades
• Azure Join
• MDM ( Mobile device management )
• Setup portable devices
• Managing SharePoint online lists and libraries.
• Power Apps.
