Retail Sales Agent

• Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

 • Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed 

• Inviting customers to search the company’s website

• Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor 

• Collaborating to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times 

• Inform customers about discounts and special offers 

• Provide customer feedback to the stores responsible

 • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

 • Manage returns of merchandise 

• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

· Bachelor’s degree is a must.

 · Age must not exceed 30.

 · Good English Skill.

 · Excellent communication skills.
