Description:	Site based and site oriented engineer who has experience in delivering RESIDENTIAL projects. Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works. Can efficiently Prepare all the working working drawings and site related design drawings. Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works. Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications. Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process. Follow-up on the deliveries and invoicing of these permanent materials. Anticipate standard solutions and take initiative and make suggestions. Demonstrate great ability to work effectively and efficiently in constantly changing business. CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE. RESPONSIBLE. Plan, organize and prioritize own work, MUST seek confirmation of priorities when confronted with unusual situations, and CAN PROFESSIONALLY report to the business owner site progress/problems. Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for construction team. Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work. Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant. Prepare time schedule for executed work versus planned. Preparing monthly report presenting the current situation of executed work.
Qualifications:	Males only. Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills. Mastering different drawing tools. Good Communication Skills Problem solving IS A MUST! Very good technical experience. Well knowledge in Site Survey. Well knowledge in implementation for New sites. Well knowledge to accomplished all Task needed before & After any Actions. Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Able to conduct and manage meetings Presentable. Able to read construction drawings and use Autocad Can start work immediately. Strong project management and negotiation skills. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Autocad Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must. Able to quickly study and react to complex issues. Good Leadership skills.
