Participate in senior management meetings and express an opinion on the results and decisions

Participation and effective attendance in the periodic meetings of the administration

Participate in the formulation of the objectives and main plans of the institution

Responsible for planning and executive programs for stores, which ultimately serve to achieve the main objectives of the institution

Responsible for following up the implementation of warehouse management plans

Training the personnel working in the warehouse management on their work and transferring his experience to them so that they are qualified to replace him in the event of a vacancy in the position

Responsible for defining inventory limits for items and coding items

Responsible for issuing purchase orders to the Purchasing Department

Participate in the preparation of warehouse procedures with the management representative for the quality system and the director of quality assurance planning

Responsible for keeping warehouse records, following up on storage work, and issuing decisions on how to store

Suggesting improvement, curative and preventive measures that would improve the performance of the work in its management

Issuing appropriate decisions within the limits of his powers, which may be a reason for improving warehouse performance

Suggesting the appropriate budget for warehouse management within the organization’s capabilities, based on studies

Issuing appropriate decisions on how to store in line with the nature of stocks

Conducting a periodic inventory of the stores every three months and submitting copies of it to the administrative director, the executive director, and the management representative to the quality system

Submit a weekly report to the Administrative Director to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with a statement of the reason.

All of the above must be done in accordance with the official procedure approved for the warehouse management

– The warehouse manager is responsible for keeping all records of quality models for the warehouse procedure, and all his works are subject to internal review
