Description:	We are seeking a skilled, experienced finance manager to join our organization. In this position, you will play a key role in the long-term financial security of our organization. Strong communication skills, leadership, business acumen, and experience are required to aid in the long-term growth and success of our company. Finance Manager Duties and Responsibilities Direct and manage the preparation and publication of organization financial documents and reports. Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information. Understand the big picture while managing the day-to-day financial details. Review financial documentation to verify accuracy and adherence to acceptable financial principles. Predicting future financial trends. Developing, monitoring, and managing budgets at the group level. Analyze current finances and develop reports and analyses. Develop or recommend viable solutions for problems or situations. Communicate with banks and other government organizations in financial-related issues. Manage daily accounting and financial work.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred. 2+ years experience in a financial management or Auditing firm position. Proven strategic planning experience at the management level. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and financial management software. Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and management abilities.
