Description:
  • Implemented the standard system of FSMS (Food Safety Management System) in all over the factory.
  • Updated All related documents of ISO (FSMS) and ISO (QMS).
  • Implemented and maintain product standards as per requirements.
  • Establish and monitor projects from incoming materials to finished products to dispatch.
  • Improve Quality checks and Establishment of different procedure formats etc.
  • Responsible & handling all types of issues, problems during the different stages of production.
  • Analysis and reporting of all process samples (Finished / semi-finished and packed product) as per required quality parameters.
  • Analysis of chemicals/chemical solutions used in the process.
  • Hygiene audit of production department (as and when instructed).
  • Monitor the implementation of personal and food hygiene.
  • Preparation and standardization and labeling of all the solutions used in the laboratory for analysis.
  • Maintaining the cleanness of all the equipment used in the processing laboratory and maintaining them in running condition.
  • Identify and report safety / environmental hazards to G.M.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree.
  • (3-5) years of experience in food production.
  • English Language.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Teamwork
